- Clients are selected through an interview process – Only A and B grade clientele that matches the service offering of the firm
- Manage the firm’s largest group consisting of over 30 entities
- Clients with turnovers up to $160M
- Industries such as technology, funds management, mining, professional services
Position –
- Pooled team of 12 accountants – mentor, train, delegate and review work
- 70% advisory and 30% compliance mix
- Provide details tax advisory on CGT concessions, pre-purchase due diligence reviews, corporate restructuring, tax residency, Div 7A, GST and FBT
- Get involved in the sale and acquisition of businesses – perform the due diligence, negotiations of purchase/sale prices, completed a detailed analysis regarding the structure of purchase and highlight strategic opportunities to the clients.
- Help to improve project margins for clients – provide details job segmentation and cost allocations, review of internal processes and strategically identifying improvements
- Provide three-way forecasting – cash flow, profit and loss and balance sheet
- Develop financial models to help clients understand and manage their businesses
- Prepare and present quarterly business review for clients
- Outsourced CFO services – run board meetings, co-ordinate value add services - Act as the Finance Director / CFO for various client’s companies
